Are your products suitable for all skin types?

Yes, our products are formulated for all skin types and can be used by both men and women.

Can I use SKINNIE Cosmetics if I have sensitive skin? 

All our products have been developed for sensitive skin. We avoid unnecessary and aggressive ingredients that could cause skin irritation and inflammation. Nevertheless, everyone's skin is different and we recommend testing a small amount of the product on the inside of the skin in the wrist area to ensure compatibility if you are unsure. 

What natural ingredients do you use in your products? 

We use a variety of natural ingredients, plant extracts, oils and vitamins that are carefully selected and combined to achieve the best results. The list of all ingredients (INCI) can be found directly on the respective product. 

How does your skincare differ from other brands? 

Our customised formulas are developed and produced by a team of highly qualified experts in both Switzerland and Germany. Thanks to innovative in-depth technology and unique active ingredient complexes, our products offer the highest quality and effectiveness. The advanced formulations promote regeneration, cell renewal and lead to a positive change in cell DNA.

What is the shelf life of a product? 

The recommended period of use after opening can be recognised in the form of an open can and has a number inside that stands for the respective months. You will find this information on our packaging and on our bottles. 

What should I do if I notice a skin reaction to a product?

If your skin has a reaction to one of the products, we recommend that you stop using the product immediately. Please contact us immediately by email at contact@skinniecosmetics.com so that we can help you as quickly as possible.

Do you carry out animal testing? 

We exclude animal testing for all our products and ingredients, both now and in the future. 

Are your products vegan? 

Although the majority of the SKINNIE Cosmetics collection is vegan, our products are not labelled as such. Some of our formulas contain beeswax from species-appropriate farming.
